List of all Ethereum addresses with a balance

I have been observing that it is very simple to obtain all bitcoin addresses with positive balances and with daily updated balances, however with Ethereum I am finding it difficult to have access to this information.

Is there a way to extract the ETH addresses with a positive balance in a simple way? Any platform or someone who sells this information? I need it in .tsv file. Blockchair doesn't have that.

Seems difficult to find like that and it is already ready in the tab-separated values (tsv) file.
I just found this: https://etherscan.io/accounts
Ethererscan provided top accounts but it is indicated that it is showing the 10,000 top accounts only.

This needs some coding skills to achieve, it is likely you will create your script and some looping block of codes.

On this site I will need to page the 100 pages and manually copy the addresses, there is no option to export them, at least I did not find  

And even then I would only have the 10 k, and not the thousands of ETH addresses, I'll see if I can get your second suggestion.
