My pieces are also standing still, but mine are also being sent around the world so its hard to keep track of packages until they actually hit inside my country. I am eagerly awaiting the arrival of my shiny circles.

So no the chips are never sent loaded, because if there is a theft or a loss, this means that only the chips are lost, and I can offer to return new chips but without a traditional serial number, of course. the sales that I made no package was lost, only one was retained at customs 1 month and returned to me, but I had already returned a package before.
