Hello guys, lately i joined a signature bounty here in the forum and one of the rules was to provide a Bech32 address which is my first time hearing about it , i look on google and youtube how to create one but didnt find helpful videos so it cames to my mind to ask about it here..

anyone can help with that?thank u

Bech32 addresses are native segwit (segwit) addresses, if it is Bitcoin address that was asked for, they are addresses that start from bc1.

Like @Charles-Tim said, Bech32 addresses are basically addresses that start with bc1(...). If you go to my profile you'll that I have a bc1 address, for example.
However, since it seems you may not have much experience in the world of crypto - due the question that you've asked - I think that you should be carefull to where and how you setup your wallet in order to receive the funds from the campaign (and other kind of transactions). I would advise you to install Electrum and make sure that before anything else you verify the installer.

After that you can follow guides that teach you how to create a wallet (using Segwit as the seed type - Generating Bech32 addresses) and from that point forward all of your addresses will share that "nature". Do you mind telling us what wallet app you're using in the first place? Hopefully not an exchange. Because if the app/program your using still doesn't support bech32 addresses, then it probably sucks.

Bech32 is a Bitcoin address that is fully compatible with SegWit, which always start with "bc1".

So what is SegWit?
SegWit simply means Segregated Witness, which is Bitcoin protocol that supports three types of wallets and addresses, which includes P2PKH, P2SH and Bech32, which is what you are asking of.

So going further, campaign managers always love to use  bitcoin address on the SegWit, and most especially Bech32 simply because they are always faster and 25 to 40 percent cheaper compared to normal traditional
 
And Bech32 are always entirely in lower cases, starting with "bc1" unlike the base58 bitcoin addresses which are mixed lettering..

If you want to provide a exchange bech32 address (as I've seen in your other post), keep in mind that most probably not all exchanges/services offer that.
One of the exchanges everybody heard about is Binance. They have 2 deposit addresses for bitcoin, one called BTC and one called BTC(SegWit). The second one is a (bech32) bc1* address.
If you (want to) use another exchange you have to ask specifically and people may be able to help you. Again, keep in mind that the service of your choice may or may not offer Bech32 address.

If you change your mind and just install a wallet locally, Electrum has Bech32 addresses and can afterwards send to any kind of address (1*, 3*, bc1*). Just make sure you download it from Electrum.org and verify its signature too.

Yes, youtube is one of your modes to learn to create addresses (Bech32)/(Segwit), maybe some friends here have shown how to make them, sure it can help you in this.

Yeah, unfortunately he is planning on storing his coins in an exchange.

Consider setting up your own wallet and use Bitcoin the way it was meant to be used. Do some research on exchange hacks and exit scams to learn why keeping money on an exchange is a bad idea.

A native segwit address wont get you a quicker confirmation compared with nested segwit or legacy addresses. Bech32 takes up less space in the blocks due to the witness data being segregated from the main block. 
 

And Bech32 are always entirely in lower cases, starting with "bc1" unlike the base58 bitcoin addresses which are mixed lettering..

Bech32 addresses are not case sensitive. That means, all characters can either be in uppercases or in lowercases. It doesn't matter. You just have to make sure not to mix upper and lowercase letters. Legacy and nested segwit addresses are case sensitive. They are presented with a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters and you have to use that exact variation.
