guarda wallet trying to scam me of my money

i sent some trons to guarda wallet, I hve not been able to send it out for 2 weeks now.
they support is not doing anything about it. the coin value is dropping.
please someone here should help or guide me on how to get my money from guarda wallet

first of all this is not a scam and topic title isn't helpful at all.
have you tried to look also in blockchain? everything registered and appearing promptly?
What are they saying from support? Can you share please a screenshot so the story could be fully explained?
If I am not wrong you cannot just export your private keys? Otherwise there are no many suggestions to be provided, try to understand what is stuck on their side and wait for their intervention. I seriously doubt they are running a scam, however I can understand your feeling... just wait for them...

Guarda is not a centralized entity, so your statement has no solid basis. How can they hold your balance when you are the one in full control? of course their support can't even help you, your key - your control.

Guarda has an option to export the wallet. It does not use seed phrases but it exports the private keys to a file. Export it without a password or encryption and then use a hex editor to scan for private keys inside the backup file.

Guarda is one of the worst wallets around. Even if it's noncustodial, it's not open source and they have a completely different way of backing up the wallets which is no compatible with other software wallets as far as I know. OP are you able to extract the private key to your tron address from Guarda?

Which wallet app did you use to import your wallet and are you completely sure you chose the correct coin when exporting the private key? Better import the pk into a different wallet instead of Guarda.
Getting a different address means you have imported the wrong private key or did something wrong along the process.
I read some complaints on reddit about Guarda not showing the transaction fee which makes it impossible to finalize and broadcast the transaction. So, it seems like a common issue with this wallet.

In the past I was considering this wallet to hold various altcoins and then I decided to search reddit to see if it was safe to use. So many people had complaints on reddit. I see nothing has changed for good. Guarda is crap.

Use a decentralized wallet which lets you extract your own private keys and avoid any wallet that offers on platform trading.

Now I use a different wallet software for all the alts I own and It is the best route to follow. No complaints.
