FunToken is under the Etherum network, which means you can just use the address you generated from the Mexc exchange to track if the transaction was really sent or not. Before you know how they tackle Freebitco, I'm sure that for them not to provide you with a TX harsh, it's obvious that the transaction was not executed.
For the most part, you can do the little search yourself by just coping with the wallet address you use for deposits. Go to Eth scan or Explorer and check the transaction history to see if there were any recent transactions or not. If there is, then you might have to write to Mexc Exchange.
I know that, that was part of why I couldn’t have any help from MEXC, they requested TxID.
Anyway I finally received the assets (a week later). Very unreliable service. I couldn’t pay the bill in time like I wanted to do when I withdrew. So I could pay the bill with MY money. But hey, I guess now those FUN doesn’t matter anymore, and I had to pay late fees. Thanks Freebitcoin!
