I see ETC has the low price in Poloniex. Can people buy ETC in Poloniex exchange and transfer out? Thank you.

Arbitrage trading huh? They stopped margin trading for ETC but spot trading should still be there. The best people to ask is their support team though I'm not sure if they even have one that's quick to answer Or just log in there and see ig withdrawal is disabled or not.

edit: ETC withdrawal has been disabled for 3 months according to a conversation in their troll box

If I remember correctly, they somehow motivated their decision. And this shutdown is a kind of temporary measure in relation to some part of the community.
