Algo-trading bot to buy deeps

Hi, I'm looking to customize some of the trading bots available in the market, to identify good buying opportunities. My main strategy is to scan dozens of pairs and spot when a certain coin dumped x% during a candle of x minutes and make a market-buy immediately.
The bot will then place a SL and can be programed to react differently in a bull/bear market, or react of BTC behaves in a certain way during that time.
I need a recommendation on a bot that can be configured with those parameters and beyond.
I'd be grateful for a recommendation on the right bot to use.

I think you can do that on most of the trading bots but still depends on the price range you set.
