As per the latest announcement Bitcoin Core 0.21.1 is already released.

However here on Bitcointalk headerlink still showing "Latest Bitcoin Core release: 0.21.0 [Torrent]" and leading to release 0.21.0.

I think someone should update it.

Just give theymos time to update it, since he's the only one or his co admin can update the news section.

And maybe, just maybe this is the reason why its not updated yet

Note that for this release, due to issues with acquiring a Windows code signing certificate, the Windows installer is not code signed. This means that there will be additional warnings when attempting to run the Windows installer.

I think you should give the admin sometimes to update the news or if you have any means of reaching them to inform them about the errors in the news will be better. I this as a typographical errors.
