Hello, I have this "problem" to "solve"
What is the address with the path m/0/2 for the following wallet: zpub6nQF4m3JT6hTkQ4o9Vc8LDMQx7nMkT5CsnPgVHnnrpF9JHeP6ioboEK2CXB34Xn6nzqcJnLPuMq QaKqBhwvZR7GJNvSeRUpDpCaVu3N3stz
Now, as I understand it, "wallet" is BIP 39 seed, I can use bip32.org but I need to get to bip32 extended key first, any ideas on how I might do that or solve that problem any other way?
Thank you
I triad Ian Coleman's website but I need a root key there too.

P.S  I already posted in a different thread but I think this one is more appropriate, I apologize if I am mistaken.

This is a master public key, so you will only be able to derive addresses from it. I imported this into Electrum and the second receiving address down is bc1qmurpzejhp8qweczlsuqxvsxk88w8unr28gg9tt , and Electrum does use a m/0/1,2,3,4,5 kind of path for the receiving addresses.

Those sites probably expect a master private key and that's why they're not working on other your master public key.

Thank you for your answer.
Can you describe how can I do it with Electron? Where do I have to import it and after that how can I choose m/0/2 deviation? Is the address you wrote here m/0/2 ?
Thank you again !

Actually I think I gave you the m/0/1 address by mistake and the m/0/2 address was just below it. However Electrum will pregenerate all of the addresses between m/0/0 and m/0/20 and also the ones between m/1/0 and m/1/10 (the change addresses) so you will be able to find it yourself too.

You import the master public key into Electrum by opening it or selecting File > New/Restore, and in the wizard that appears, you select "standard wallet" when it asks you what kind of wallet you want to make (do not select "import addresses and private keys" which also appears as a choice), then in the next screen select "import master private key" even though you don't have that but it also works on master public keys. In the screen after that you just need to paste your master public key: zpub6nQF4m3JT6hTkQ4o9Vc8LDMQx7nMkT5CsnPgVHnnrpF9JHeP6ioboEK2CXB34Xn6nzqcJnLPuMq QaKqBhwvZR7GJNvSeRUpDpCaVu3N3stz

inside the box. This will open a "watch-only" wallet that displays all the addresses derived at those paths including the m/0/2 address.

Electrum sorts the addresses by their path number, smallest first. That's why m/0/0 will appear at the top, then m/0/1, then m/0/2, etc.

The address that appears below bc1qmurpzejhp8qweczlsuqxvsxk88w8unr28gg9tt

is the correct m/0/2 address (EDIT: which should be this bc1qgheaqg9xuetndfzpkk3tuphnleephr3g54rs9t).

Thank you for your incredibly helpful answer, however after I choose the "use master key" option and paste that address, it does not let me click next, I tried pasting random xpub address and it lets me continue.
Sorry for bothering you and thank you very much again.

There are two extra spaces in the key you entered.
I edited the image you posted to show extra spaces.

hosseinimr is right. I entered the master public key after removing the extra spaces and Electrum loaded the wallet with no problems (I copied the key from OP and there is only one white space in fact):

note: although you didn't disclose the wallet's master private key nor its seed, you should not use it as your main wallet for privacy reasons! Anyone who read this thread can track your addresses and knows how much you receive/send.

You can also use Ian Coleman's tool... you just put the zpub into the "BIP32 root key" box at the top (leave everything else blank):

Then click the BIP141 tab, make sure derivation path is set to: m/0
and then select the "script semantics" for the address type that you want (should be P2WPKH as you have a zpub which is for native segwit, nested segwit would be a ypub, legacy would be xpub)

Then scroll down to see the derived addresses:

m/0/2 appears to be: bc1qgheaqg9xuetndfzpkk3tuphnleephr3g54rs9t

NOTE: when pasting long strings into bitcointalk, it will add extra "hidden" spaces... so you need to wrap them in [ code ] [ / code] tags to stop the forum software from doing this... like this:
Code:
zpub6nQF4m3JT6hTkQ4o9Vc8LDMQx7nMkT5CsnPgVHnnrpF9JHeP6ioboEK2CXB34Xn6nzqcJnLPuMqQaKqBhwvZR7GJNvSeRUpDpCaVu3N3stz
