Hello,

I need your help. My config runs (again) a few months now and had daily returns mining eth. I haven't changed anything and form this morning I get the error from PhonixMiner 5.5.c (nothing changed!) "unable to authorize worker xyz" but the worker xyzzy does exist at mininigpoolhub and as said: nothing changed.

Any ideas?

best regards Dirk

Write the configuration of your Bat file. Hide your wallet.
The simplest idea is to set up a new worker on the pool and make changes to the Bat file.
It is possible to use the reserve address of the pool for a different region or change the pool if there are no such problems on the other pool.
I think you will quickly find the reason in the process of configuring the miner.

Hi,

thx - I tested with the example from miningpoolhub. 1:1 copy ...

C:\phoenix\PhoenixMiner.exe -pool us-east.ethash-hub.miningpoolhub.com:20535 -wal xyz.xyz -pass x -proto 1

the same result and error.

And as I said: nothing changed and stopped working 5:00 in the morning.

Any other idea?

best regards Dirk

b. AMD/NVIDIA

  (1) PhoenixMiner

Download: PhoenixMiner Window

Configuration e.g.:

PhoenixMiner.exe -pool us-east.ethash-hub.miningpoolhub.com:20535 -wal username.workername -pass x -proto 1

FYI,
Protocol: On 20535 port, you can put -proto 4 insted of -proto 1. You need to use 20536 port if you use -proto 2.

  (2) Ethminer fork

Download: Ethminer Windows. Linux

Configuration e.g.:

a. (0.14 above)

NVIDIA

ethminer -U -P stratum+tcp://username.workername:x@us-east.ethash-hub.miningpoolhub.com:20535

AMD

ethminer -G -P stratum+tcp://username.workername:x@us-east.ethash-hub.miningpoolhub.com:20535

b. (0.14 below)

ethminer -G -S us-east.ethash-hub.miningpoolhub.com:20535 -O username.workername:password
Use a different server
Use another miner-Ethminer
https://github.com/ethereum-mining/ethminer/releases
I do not like user registration pools
Try mining on a different pool
