ADA USDT pumping while bitcoin dumping.?

What's going on here?

Not only is the ADA-BTC pair 20% up today but ADA is up in dollar value, while BTC is down by about -18%.
Very weird.
BTC.D hasn't really changed from it's very low spot despite the dump. strange market.

Think ADA-BTC and a few other BTC-Alt pairs will continue to pump? Alts seem very strong currently.

Alts seem very strong currently.

For some that you've mentioned and seen, maybe they're strong. But the majority of the altcoins are into the dipping and that makes everything cheaper this time.
And in that case, that makes an opportunity for us to buy cheaper altcoins and bitcoin too. Sometimes, even if bitcoin dumps, there are some alts that pumps temporarily but it won't remain as is.

I'm in ADA and Polkadot mainly. Both pumping nicely against BTC.
I think over the next couple days i'll take some profit into BTC.

I still think BTC is going to break down out the channel and bounce from 40k

I am into ADA long-term as well, planning to make a bigger investment soon into their staking pools. Essentially, when you look at the top 10 coins based on their market up, all of them have seen huge gains since the start of the year, but they are disproportional.

Ethereum has broken a few thousands whereas BNB has been rising sharply cause of the astronomical tx fees of its biggest competitor.
Of the top 10 coins, there is only Ethereum, Binance coin, Cardano, and Polkadot with the biggest potential when it comes to the never-ending use cases of smart contracts and tokens. Practically speaking, the first two offer the same thing, but the huge fees are only a temporary obstacle for Ethereum, so I see it rising much higher than it already is. Polkadot is a sleeping beauty, but will surely see bigger gains with the first releases of its Parachains in the summer.

But Cardano here is the only one that has, apart from a working blockchain and PoS, the biggest potential in the people sector. They never stop making new partnerships not only with institutions but most importantly with communities and people (like that in Africa). In the long run, their roadmap and their management are promising much bigger developments in the near future, so I can see it going 5$ and further next quarter.

I'm glad I bought ADA weeks ago when it is a little over $1.  If it isn't for Bittrex mail about their ADA monthly stake program, I woudn't bought  ADA and glad I did.  And it really is a good timing that the BTC price right now is declining.

Many altcoins have been dumped because BTC is in dip, but ADA is strong it will keep growing. It's Community is developing it so many investors are taking interest in ADA. I think it will not follow BTC now. BTC dominance is decreasing day by day.

I'm glad I bought ADA weeks ago when it is a little over $1.  If it isn't for Bittrex mail about their ADA monthly stake program, I woudn't bought  ADA and glad I did.  And it really is a good timing that the BTC price right now is declining.

I also bought ADA at 1.25$ and I am very happy that all the altcoins are dumping but ADA is growing. I think It will cross 2$ today.
Have you seen chilliz? It is also growing in BTC pair. I am very happy that my Invested coins are growing

There is no strange or weird market thing involved here.

Prior to the decline of BTC price, ADA is already showing good support. It's just that it maintained the status even the BTC price dropped a bit so the trend continues until now. But still, I don't consider it as a good sign that ADA isn't affected by BTC's drop. I suggest not to target much higher profits before taking profits along the way. Even with that current dominance, they are showing, a correction will likely follow.

I haven't learned much about ADA yet but from what I hear about it in the telegram groups which I am a part of, I have only heard positive about it. Not just because it is doing good now but even earlier when it was not so popular I saw people always praising ADA.

Almost all the coins in the market are decentralized but ADA team have been actively bringing updates and changes which has kept the community and traders hooked up with the ADA.

I am not too worried about BTC dropping at all though because with time it will recover and reach a new ATH before we even realize it.

I was laughing when I saw the topic title: USDT is pumping because it is a stable coin and other coins can pump or dump but USDT is going to remain at one dollar all the time unless tether decides to crash the market and run way.

Happy for you but personally I would suggest you to keep your tokens outside bittrex because I had some of the worst experiences with bittrex and they have technically stolen my coins and I cannot do anything. After a lot of emails and conversations, they said we aren't going to help you until you verify your ID first, which confuses me of how a problem-solving discussion ended with a KYC requirement.

I was also amazed at that incident, ADA really made a strange surprise and it was very visible in the market, so I began to wonder in my heart, what is wrong with ADA at this time

Yeah, ADA and USDT keep pumping even another altcoins are dropping, for ADA it's already hit $1.89 and will keep going up in my opinion,
in the near future i think ADA can hit $2.00 at least in September.
I hope that all of altcoins can bounce back in June. Bitcoin is already dropping to low for now.
