How do I convert USDT to BNB in Binance US??

I've searched online, but most of the videos I pull up refer to Binance, not Binance US...This would be my 1st time doing this, so I want to make sure I am doing every single step RIGHT!

Once converted to BNB, I was told it needed to go to the Binance Smart Chain, the on to TRUST wallet, then pancakeswap to purchase the desired coin. I know that it can be purchased directly from TRUST, but I've reached my purchase limit on my card.
