Karl from Bitcasino
Good question Karl,
Personally, I would say maybe, been fascinated with traditional based casino when I was still young. I even have one nephew who works at casino now, but not in the floor. But I have a cousin who has been in the industry for like more than 30+ years, last time I heard he base in Singapore and one of the top managers there.
I think those schools are really great for those who are aspiring to be card dealer or at least wanted to start a career. Salary is great + the perks and salary and tips when you start as a card dealer and work you way up to the top. And we really need this kind of schools, casino's are very strict and everyone being accepted should go under rigorous training and schooling. It's a big business and as an employee you don't want to mess it up.
