Tho it's a very interesting concept but I think the naming as "Gokuball" will open more problem later when the coin hit trending. The term Goku and its related character is reserved trademark by SHUEISHA, JAPAN. And you know Japan they're very hell-bent on maintaining their copyright and trademark.
You are right and this is what I see copyright infringement and a lawsuit for these NFT's but if they would pay for all of that and they have consent on the creators of the Dragon Ball Franchise then they have the rights to do it, but in my opinion, we can really see great creation of NFT's but I would like original made NFT's and not looking like the originals Ripoff because even though you have changed each characters name or the design many fans will likely know something is off, well there are many NFT's that is looking original so I would just ignore this and get on board at that boat.
