looking for founding partners

Hi, I'm trying to come up a new application/concept for a new coin.

My background:
I had many years of business experience (top MBA), and have started/operated/participated many businesses, also had investment experience in private fund (I saw many business plans, and business ideas, etc.). So my rich and extensive business experience would be a huge plus when launching a new startup. Many business has already been "dead" when at launch, because the idea surely won't work.
I also had good resources/ideas for marketing channel.

I'm looking for: 1-2 technical people to start a new project with a new coin (besides the blockchain, better to know the cell phone Apps development);
if there's good marketing guy, also nice to include 1-2 into team.

The only requirement is: honest/integrity/commitment (time, MAYBE some capital, not a lot, just to show your dedication).

Let's treat it seriously, and make it a great startup, and grow the business/fortune together, as a team.                                    We'll die or live rich!

Ideas would remain in limbo if you wont really be doing sort of action and also not all people will really be willing to spend out their time and effort into something which is unsure for its success.
Maybe you can find one but i doubt that everything does have an equivalent pay towards their efforts and not just telling that you would become rich because of the idea you do had in mind.

Lots of similar people who had been proposing like this and like that about their brilliant ideas and looking for founding partners but most or all of them do fail to get one.
Why? This would be mainly talks about Trust issues.

Are you looking for partners and you create success? Why not looking randomly about a dead project and tell them you can make their project successful.
Marketing experts are someone looking for them and not vice versa.
Generally you can prove that you have certificates in business administration or previous projects?

Another new coin to be created for what purpose? From what you wrote, the goal is actually to create fortune with the motto "We'll die or live rich!", which means that you and your future partners are only interested in profit.

come on, it's just a motivation slogan.
I still remembered the last lesson in my MBA class from an old famous wisdom profession, he said it in last min in last lesson just before we graduate.
Basically, it says, if you are aiming for the money, you will not go a long way, and may fail; you need to focus on a higher aim, and money (profit) is the sideline byproduct for you.
So, don't get me wrong. I always remembered this, and WILL not just aim for money and run away.
Want to solve some problem and I believe there's a big opportunity.
The opportunity always lies in solving problems. If you can solve big headache problems for consumer, you will win big, if you solve small problem, you will win small.
Never mind, I don't want to educate you. Just say something that I believe. I have no time to educate all people.
