The Vapor Colonial Coin (ROO) is a new crypto token issued on the Stellar Network to provide funding to Two Beagles Studio LLC, for the development of their "Vapor" graphic novel series and production of their Short, Feature and TV screenplays.

The plan is to establish a market for Two Beagles Studio's productions, purchased with ROOs. ROO purchases will be at a discount relative to fiat currencies.
