Hi, saw a few minutes ago all my rigs couldnt connect to nanopool us west, check rigs and setup fail over pools guys

Multiple reserve pools can be added to any miner. If one pool stops working, then your miner will connect to another pool. This is the simplest solution to the problem.
I set 2 pools in the settings, that's enough for me.
Or choose another mining pool that does not lose connection.

This is not something to write about because it's normal for a location server to be down and it's just a matter of hours it will be back up again, this happened to me many times using nicehash and I wil just switch to another server EU, JP or other and still get same performance
