No escrow with a good reputation on the forum would mediate account sales as it is frowned upon and would hurt his/her reputation. Account sales are discouraged and sometimes attract flags or red trust, there's also high risk of getting scammed as you will likely not get a reliable escrow.
Better to get a personal account and use that. If you need a higher ranked account to maybe post images or send higher number of PMs, copper membership would give those privileges

Even if you can find a good escrow, there's a high chance that your account will get locked or exposed after the deal is done. The seller can easily recover or change the password and you won't even know about it. Don't do that, even if you can get a high-ranked account from account trading, if you still post garbage here and there, you won't get any money. Better build everything from scratch.

Sales of bitcointalk account must be discouraged

Those are the cons of buying bitcointalk account, what if the account is even an hacked account? If the real owner is able to sign a message with an old address, that is how you will easily lose the bought account. I will advise you to create a new account yourself because you will not like yourself if the account seller is a scammer.

You can sent them PM one by one if they would accept such deal because i do heard of that some of them do really accept such deals but im aint sure if it is still available at the moment or they had already changed up their mind.

When it comes to purchased accounts on this forum isnt totally prohibited but not really been encourage for you to do so.Dont know on what youre reason is but its likely that no one would be accepting the deal.

As they said above, no one reputed Bitcointalk member will accept your offer, this will surely ruin their reputation once they caught, it's very risky for their side.  Okay let say you have that bought account, you may also determine that your account was bought because of the posting history, there are too many possible signs of changes account hand owner and once you've been proven for that, your bought account will on risk too like having negative feedback under your profile. 

So I suggest you build your own account, buying or either selling account here was strictly prohibited.  There's alink above shared of buying copper membership which good to go if your purpose making announcement thread for your business.

OP, as already said above, it's not likely that you will find trusted escrow service provider who support Bitcointalk account trading. And even if you will find someone who will do that, still, I don't suggest to buy Bitcointalk account.

Actually, it's not forbidden to buy/sell Bitcointalk accounts. These things aren't moderated. It's only discouraged by community. You won't get banned for account trading, but it's likely that you will get red trust rating.

Its not tolerated by many members to buy an account here and once you have been found you will get red trust and you will just waste your money because the account you bought will became useless. Also I doubt that there's an escrow will take this deal since there reputation also will be at stake so better play clean and try to rank up your account.

It is surprising that you still don't have red tag in your account because most DT members will tag such members without hesitations.

Anyway, escrows stopped supporting the trading of Bitcointalk account a long ago so do it at your own risk but don't blame anyone when you got red tag in your account.
