Liquid vesting? Any competitive coins out there?

Hey guys I discovered this coin which solves the problem many small / normal / retail invrstors have which is lockups and long vesting periods into the bear market.

Has anyone seen anybody else doing something like unlocking and manipulating the time value of money in crypto?

Looks to me like this is one of the most unique approaches to this problem out there.

Honestly I am curious on what I can read o how this unevst works.
