You should add some portfolio or links to your past works so people can check what your skillset is and what you have done in past. Also since this is related to coding and stuff, most of the employers will want some credibility as well. A small hidden code can create a mess, you know.

It would be better for you as well as for those who need this types of service if you mention clearly what will you do, how long time you may take for that, what is the offer of you, how much you need from the service taker and so on. Also, you should write what is the experience of you on this field? Otherwise there are almost no chance to get any project from here.
