ICOs are still existing but I think you're all late with it. But anyway, what qualities you are looking for your ICO advisor aside from being a "good" one?

You should have make your standards and qualifications looking for one aside from you needed to have it.

I see some of the people on this list have been ICO advisors on several projects https://icobench.com/experts. I don't want to recommend any of them, but you can look at their portfolios especially those who have been involved in projects similar to yours.

Keep in mind that success will return to the potential and prospects of your own project.

Icobench is one of the best place where project owners can find some advisors unto their projects but I will also add www.linkedin.com where OP can also find some blockchain experts and other more. Mostly those high profile guys always stay there so its good to post this there since for sure he can get quality guys there.

ICO projects now still exist but it is not as attractive and attractive to investors as before, if you have the funds and quality projects, please participate in the issuance of IDOs or IEOs on the DEX  exchanges or platforms quality.
