I'm definitely not saying that they're doing the right thing, but there's a reason why they're billionaires and that most retail traders lose money. Billionaires know to how to take opportunities(unfortunately an immoral one in this case), and most of retail are simply incapable of doing the right decisions when it comes to markets in general hence why it's heavily recommended that they just go with the S&P500(with stocks) or bitcoin(with crypto).

They can try that and see what the world will say to him after dumping his Bondo coin. Most billionaires care a lot about their reputation, when a person gets to that stage of being a billionaire, people will watch everything he do like a celebrity.

They are seeking something from him to bring him down and if this billionaire does something stupid like what you think, he will be trolled. It's the nature of men that even close family members will watch over what he does. With social media today, he'd be the most hated person.

Most crypto/token scams work the same way. They pay a bunch of social media influencers to shill their shitcoin and pump the price of that shitcoin and after that they sell the coin and run away with the profits.
A billionaire seems way more trustworthy than social media influencers,so his opinions about a coin can pump the price of that coin a lot.
The same thing can be done with penny stocks.Unfortunately this is how the markets work. It's not just the cryptocurrency market.
