I’m sure there are, some really really intelligent people do it but it’s morally wrong isn’t it? In some ways criminally wrong too, unless they help the Feds catch pedophiles or terrorists or something.

Yes.

That will be the cycle of it, a new leader will go to that place and the rotation goes on. But hoping that whoever goes on the top will be with the citizens and goes for the truth and right.

Well In any way this is wrong because this is Invasion of privacy though some are being Hunt as criminals yet they have their own privacy .

I admire the hacker's technology. Technology is a double-edged sword. Used in the good way is to help people improve technology, and used in the bad place is a crime.

If the hacker is in the right side of everything then this is really helpful to the world, the only bad part is if the hackers has the total intention of being rich and care nothing about the people.
Then this is the hacking becomes bad and illegal .
