"New" D3 asic miner

Seller advertised the D3 asic miner as new.
When I booted it up the default username/password didn't work.
I'm assuming that's because it wasn't new and someone changed them.
This is day 2 of owning it, and there is a red flashing light.
It has never mined above 15 GHS even though it's a 19GHS

I'm about to return it to seller.

EDIT: Upon investigation, I have found the problem. Asic mining requires a 2 MBPS internet connection speed.
I live in Colorado, lol. The best speed these mountains can give me is 150 KBPS.
Case closed. There is nothing wrong with this machine aside from it being a D3.
