Nodes are definitely active, are you sure you have the latest wallet version? There were syncing issues with previous ones which have been fixed. If that's not the issue let me know so I can help you!
I got this issue when use v2.2 from github, And is there a wallet for linux users?
Then we've found the issue! Synchronization for blocks coming after the vCrypt value change at block 420000 has been fixed with version 2.2.1, as up to 2.2 there were some missing instructions for the new context.
Sure there is, the fastest way you can install vDinar on Linux is through Snapcraft, which lets you install it with one click instead of compiling all on your own (
here's the link). This means you can install vDinar through the Ubuntu Software Center or whatever equivalent your platform includes!
If you want to compile vDinar for yourself though, you can of course do it by following the instructions you'll find in the docs.
Here's the Github page, and
here's the v2.2.1 release.
