Official Electrum Lightning Node?

Is there an official electrum lightning node? Trying to support the LN network and would love to open a channel to it to help out. Can't figure out if its this:

This is one of the hardcoded trampoline node for users who want to open a channel with "trampoline routing".

I can confirm this because it has the same NodeID as my channel's "Remote Node ID":
