It's easy to create a bep20 token on the binance smart chain and scammers are exploiting this by creating worthless/scammy token and sending them to random addresss (airdrops).
From what I've read, since the victims can't trade those token, the first thing they will do is to visit the projects' websites where they will be asked to connect their wallets When they do that, a malicious smart contract will be executed and will steal all your funds.
The best thing to do to avoid getting scammed is to ignore airdropped tokens on the binance chain.
There are so many tokens that I received from the BEP20 chain, I don't even understand where this token came from. Is it random from the airdrop or is it intentionally so that they trap you so you can't trade?
It's really strange, I see so many in the facebook group there are lots of big pump shitcoins when I check on Trustwallet when I want to swap I can't because there is no liquidity or what is clear, don't get your hopes up with shitcoins that are not clear, it's better to avoid or check while You can.
