Sounds like you need something, but actually you offer it for a service by this statement "you can visit us anytime" :/
Maybe and just maybe you can tell us more if you're offering a service or needing something. Show your portfolio if you're offering and ask post more info if you're needing something logo design.
He should need to learn how to use a forum as a communication platform. quite different compared to instant messaging, which is obvious that OP did not understand.
the best advice though is to review the forum a bit first, if he is not sure about the English language, there are probably exist a local section on his native language and let him look for some basic answers there first.
