Is there somebody who can develop awesome Bitcoin escrow?
Something like coinsavr but with very very simple design?

coinsavr is not true bitcoin escrow service, It is just a trusted service that receives coins from you, updates the database and then allows you to withdraw. Therefore, both parties must trust escrow service.
As for the real escrow service, it is to have a multi-signature wallet where you send to multi-signature address, for example 2 out of 3, and therefore one party cannot send money without the cooperation of the other.
