I need your opinion while creating an altcoin based on Litecoin

    consensus.nPowTargetTimespan = 3 * 60;
    consensus.nPowTargetSpacing = 1.5 * 60;
    ...
    consensus.nRuleChangeActivationThreshold = 2;
    consensus.nMinerConfirmationWindow = 2;

Would you consider this too fast?
