FBI/CIA employees psychologial profile per-requisite, all insane socio-paths, yes-men, psychopaths?

I am curious, does the cia/fbi only recruits sick psychos for their jobs offers? I mean letting those of pedogate free? releasing covid? or simply researching it, even poisonous injections...

Was their ever a study conducted on those profiles by a serious counter-intelligence force in the world? The conclusions of the study could be fun and frightening to read...

like : "they may not be humans".
When the people of the world will get that covid was intentionally released to frame china, steal the election from trump, assure massive bail outs and foster the forced vaccination agendas...they will forget, like 911, wmds in irak, uss liberty or pedogate.
