(Vectorium) Coins that have value are only listed on one exchange

There are still many coins and tokens that have prices close to Binance Coin (BNB) such as Aave (AAVE), there are even coins or tokens that exceed the BNB price found on Coinmareketcap such as Maker (MKR). Of course, these coins and tokens are listed on more than one exchange. However, I also found one coin called VECT (Vectorium) which is priced at 487 USD on CMC but is only listed on one exchange which is FinexBoX. I tried to search until today it is still locked. What do you think about this VECT coin example?

these coins when IEO was planning to trade on ExMarkets, because I don't really understand how they can only be listed on FineBox, so have they been removed from the exchange before?
their social media is not very active even their followers are very few? look on twitter https://twitter.com/VectoriumSocial
then where do we find investors who invest in coins? but can not work normally? Even his twitter account was created in January 2020.
