Just to interject, Bangladesh government as far as bitcoin is concern is on the grey area, so meaning Bangladeshi can trade, own as it is not a crime per se.
You may need to read this news, if Bangladesh Bank know your money came from cryptocurrency you will get jailed. It's tend too illegal rather grey area.

Bangladesh Bank has once again said today that it does not allow holding or trading of any kind of virtual coin or cryptocurrency in the country.

But in order to get more elaborative insight or get better results its surely need to conduct a survey on a well-established enough samples.
It's bad idea since you will get reported from your respondents since you doing a illegal survey, it will only make the surveyor in trouble. You will need to face legal law's on Bangladesh authorities.

If Bangladesh doesn't want to legalize Bitcoin it's okay, but at least make Bitcoin not illegal since it make Bangladesh citizens doesn't have a full freedom. I agree with @DdmrDdmr and @teosanru, the poll isn't accurate due to lack of participants with unpopular social media. Based on my perspective about Bangladesh citizens, seems they didn't want to legalize or doesn't care about Bitcoin. Most of third countries is poor and scared of Bitcoin volatility.

Someone on r/bangladesh had created a poll on Bangladeshi people's perspective on legalization of bitcoin and other cryptocurrency. Although the sample size is too small, 59% people think that Bitcoin should be legalized in the country. On the other hand, 29% people think that it shouldn’t be legalized  while the rest ~12% don't even know what the heck is Bitcoin.
Though sample size is small, still it represents a certain amount of people from which 59% want to see Bitcoin as legal. This is somewhat good in my opinion.
Link to reddit poll- https://www.reddit.com/r/bangladesh/comments/pdear1/বলদশ_বটকয়ন_এব_অনযনয_করপটকরনস_বধ_হওয়_উচত/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share

Mark my words! Bitcoin will not be legalized in Bangladesh anytime soon. Same will happen in few other Asian countries like India as well. These countries are underdeveloped for a reason and that is athe regressive mentality of their leaders and religious extremism. I have seen Bangladeshi youths were cheering after Taliban took over Afghanistan. What better you can expect from them!!!! So the poll result doesn't represent the mentality of Bangladeshi youths. It's just a couple of tech savy people voicing their opinion, must not be taken seriously!

The news doesn't mean anything. Bangladesh accounts for a small proportion of the encryption industry.

The same happens in Reddit, for those who have been using Reddit most of them somehow related to Bitcoin. So definitely most votes will go on behalf of Bitcoin.
Bitcointalk = people interested in bitcoin and crypto in general.
r/bangladesh = people interested in Bangladesh.
There's a vast difference in between this two. Well, the population size is too low and selective because people with illiteracy and people who are not active in social media along with the people who are not okay with the internet, have not been counted. Majority of the people here in our local haven’t heard about reddit even.

The news doesn't mean anything. Bangladesh accounts for a small proportion of the encryption industry.
Your point is vague here. El Salvador is also a small proportion regarding the crypto sector but it has announced Bitcoin as legal tender. Don't you think that's an important announcement?
Also, I'm not sure which meaning you are looking for. That's not an important issue for you doesn’t mean not important for others too.
