i find some faucets, but they are giving too low.
i need about 3 tbtc and it's impossible to collect that from faucets i find.

can someone give?

Testnet Bitcoin has its use cases and it is not cheap to mine. So why did you ask for Testnet Bitcoin and up to 3 tBTC?

I have some bitcoin testnet coins available but I see that you have scam accusation for your faucet service and you didn't explain the real reason you need so much coins.
My coins are free but I don't give them to everyone who asks, and I try to serve developers or people who really need them for testing.

What's the point of trying to get all the 3tBTC?

You don't need a whole round figure of tbtc to carry out your tests. You could used 0.01 or 0.001 tBTC and still be able to achieve the test results you want.
That being said, you reputation is already betraying you and you did even resolve a scam accusation raised against you.

There rarely is a good reason for needing a large amount of testnet coins (to this day I haven't even seen one). Even if you want to have access to large amounts then you should use a different network called RegTest which can be run locally and you can mine its blocks in a fraction of a second. For example you can generate 200 blocks in a couple of seconds that would give you a couple of hundreds of regtest bitcoins.

What possible reason could you have for asking 3 tbtc and not 0.3 or 0.03? If your tests are successful with 0.03 tBTC (or an even smaller amount), they will be equally successful with 3 or 300 tbtc. The rules of the game don't change the more Bitcoin you have to transact with.

I think mocacinno was lending people tBTC in the past. No idea if he is still doing it or if he would work with you because of your negative tag.

I advice you not to send your tbtc to this guy. The amount he is asking for is so suspecious even without taking in consideration the negative tag he has in his profile. And there is no valid reason about why someone should need this amount of btc ocated in the testnet.
During the last year, we saw so money people trying to deceive others by offering tbtc for sell, and this is an easy method to scam newbies and ignorant users.
