Offshore company and bank account with debit card. Anyone knows?

I will use IC Markets Seychelles for forex trading.

I want to withdraw the money to an offshore account and use debit card without tax.

What is the cheapest company for offshore company? I prefer Seychelles. There is no tax treaty in Seychelles with my country.

If there are cheaper alternatives for company I can choose that. Providing that there is not tax treaty between Turkey and that country.

What is the cheapest price for company and banking with debit card?
