Have you checked CMC or CoinGecko API? Or do you need something else?

The CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko API have anything you need for price and market cap data. For the full information about what the API offer, just take a look at their docs.

https://www.coingecko.com/en/api/documentation

You are looking for platforms that provide with data. The most popular crypto web-sites are coinmarketcap and coingecko. Personally I prefet using CoinMarketCap. You can check prices, market cap, total supply, daily trading volume etc there. What is more, there is a good table of top-100 coins which I use to find new altcoins to my portfolio. Also you should subscribe to some channels with news so as to follow this market (Forklog).

Ahh, I see you truly mean shitcoins on your title xd.

Actually, I don't have too much experience with it, but I guess you can fetch directly the price, cap, etc API on the DEX. For the new token, I took a quick glance at BSCscan and Etherscan API docs, it does not mention anything near that. So, I guess you need to somehow directly fetch it directly on the network, or find any services that provide that like Bitquery(https://bitquery.io/blog/newly-created-etheruem-token).
