NANO fork decentralization + faucet + representatives advice

Hi, we made a fork from NANO and I would like to ask if there is somebody who understands faucets and decentralization of NANO.

Someone who would advice us on how to perfectly decentralize from the very beginning and also would tell how should representatives be set when we start faucet.
Our coins will be given away only from faucet for free so it is important for us not to screw it.
