This is a currency exchange board, obviously this thread is to make a deal with someone, not to give $$$ to someone.

Op should be so generous if he just give such amount to someone.

This is related to his main thread I guess he is willing to pay more than the market price of BTC.

Really a tempting price for anyone wanted to profit more but it's a Paypal USD. If there will be a high-rank user who will give testimony, he might be trusted. But it's a matter of individuals' faith in him. People can't easily trust anyone especially users who uses Paypal with prices that one will look at it as too good to be true.
