The idea of the project is to facilitate the creation of Tokens, whether it is fungible or non-fungible, and add the possibility of using these Tokens to more than just transfer them between the Wallets or display various arts.
This is done by changing the capital collection mechanism to build projects, known as ICO. Using the FIBRILLAR Smart Contracts a Fisc can be added and controlled by submitting proposals and voting on the proposals by the Tokens holder recorded within the Fisc.
The goal is to integrate between project management, Community and hedge fund.
The system consists of a set of interconnected smart contracts to achieve the following objectives:
- Using an ERC1155 standard for asset creation and management
- Create non-fungible NFTs Tokens similar to the ERC721 standard
- Create fungible FTs Tokens similar to the ERC20 standard
- Create a Fisc that can be controlled using the Tokens, by submitting proposals and vote on them.
- The possibility of depositing non-ETH Tokens within the Fisc (ERC20, ERC721, ERC1155)
- Create a proposals Management System for the Fisc
- Create a vote system on proposals by Tokens holders

The possibility of connecting external contracts (ERC20, ERC721, ERC1155) with a Fisc to enable their Tokens to control the Fisc
- Create NFTs that can hold other NFTs or FTs
- The possibility of selling Tokens through Auction House or direct sale, and deposit the received money in the Fisc
- The possibility of creating a collection of NFTs that can be revealed randomly
