It is highly unlikely that you'll have someone to trade with your paypal funds for crypto. It's known that paypal transactions are reversible and that can be an escape goat for the scammers. I'm not telling that you are but it's really going to be difficult for you to find someone who's willing to trade for your paypal funds. Even if you ask an escrow, they might decline on this knowing that you're fund is coming from paypal. Just saying it though. You'll just have to look a certain platform that allows you to do it.
There are a few willing to trade but they will demand him to lower his rate if he is untrusted or doesn't able to prove his paypal's money were clean. Guess there're always someones willing to take a risk both in crypto and in money service. I'm not sure about this but wasn't there was 'buying gift card' to laundering the money and make it harder to reverse a palpay transaction?
wrong , even if he lowered His rate yet no one will transact with Non trusted account via Paypal , because like what said by @passwordnow paypal transactions are reversible meaning he can take the funds after the trade , people here will deal with him the other way around if he is Buying Paypal funds with His Euro or USDT but as long as this kind of trade and He is not a trusted member , i doubt there will be one that may take the deal.
i don't know that Buying gift card , but one thing I'm sure off , there are no one will take that risk or there are other option.
