I don't think a question like this should be brought up here but rather you take it to their community and ask their administrators there. But to answer your question, ERC-20 was long created before BEP-20, so there's no way they share the same price value.

It could be slippage. You can't expect the price for both ERC CLA and BEP CLA to be always the same each other. The demand was also affecting the price of both but so far it has been no big gap between ERC CLA and BEP CLA. I think that's not a problem right now. I have been comparing the price in cointiger with pancake and there was only a small gap between both but sometimes the price was going back to be equal again.
This is not only happening with CLA but so many tokens with low liquidity have been getting the same thing.  You should not worry about that.

I saw that Candela Coin is only available on the Ethereum (ERC20) blockchain and did not find any BEP20/ BEP smart contacts. So what are you asking about the same token at different prices? You need to look in more detail regarding smart contracts, because tokens cannot work if smart contracts are different.
