MilkywayEx will innovate decentralised finance by developing a platform that allow investors to buy into new cryptocurrency projects before the tokens are publicly released and also featuring protocols to give investors sustainable growth when they adopt newly introduced projects.
https://milkywayex.finance/If i am not mistaken, the concept is about allowing users to buy tokens before they get listed in exchanges (in the website mentioned that users will be also allowed to create blockchain projects) so i thought what will be the utility of the token. If you plan to allow users use your coin to purchase new token projects then you are making it harder because almost all tokens can be bought from the team in a coin-offering event using major cryptocurrencies (btc/eth/bch...).
The website is so cool, although it load a little bit slow. This is all what i can tell about the concept before checking the whitepaper.
