I'm starting to guess that you just want to post that website that you might be affiliated with. But if by chance that you're really a newbie. Don't buy miners to the websites or suppliers that you have no idea about. There were people that have been scammed by believing that those websites were really a supply of asic miners.

Just go to bitmain or any legitimate supplier or distributor of miners that you're interested to buy.

Well, I'm not exactly newbie to crypto and scams as I worry from it just like anyone else, and this is the reason I'm asking for feedback, not because I'm promoting some website or company, I'm just about to spend there a lot of money and I would be happy to know of other people experience, it's very natural.

Also, I have checked as much as I can online regarding the company, it looks fine but I still have some worries and I will be happy if any can share his experience.

This is the first time that I'm reading about them and most likely, that's also the case with most users in this forum ^{[since they appear to be from Germany, then you might get better responses if you post this in "Deutsch (German)" board]}.

I was checking this one and also the one that is on trust pilot. Also, I've talked with them on phone few times (sound very nice people ), checked fb, ig, ggl, pilot.. and now here.

Guys please don not make a misstake by ordering from the cryptosupply.de company led by CEO Mr. Peter Marggraff will try to decieve you any time they can.
After paying expect the combination of the following :
- they will sell you damaged miners or miner that do not get even 50% of the hashrate you paid for
- they will sell you used miners as new
- they will be very late with the delivery
- when you try to reach the support (good luck with that) they will try to discourage you
- they warranty claims will not be dealt with for months
Not only you will make a loss but also end up being very, very frustrated
I personally will be taking this to the German court which will end up costing me even more money, but lawyers said we have a very good chance of winning there.

We are preparing a class action lawsuit against cryptosupply.de so if you have been damaged by them please send me a direct message.

I am having problems with an order that I made also.  my order has not been delivered, although it was supposed to be to their hosting site 1 month ago.  They have not provided me the tracking information when i asked.

I believe they are scammers. If you look through the reviews on Trustpilot. There are some individuals there complaining to about them. I am not sure how you ended up with the site and completely trusted them minus any due diligence, but this should be a lesson to you to always inquire about some service you are not sure about before sending them money.
