I was curious if there exists such a service that allows you to make a direct payment of X amount of $BTC, $ETH, $<ETC>, to a payment address, with the USD total automatically calculated and debited from a debit card? Many places seem to offer crypto payments, with discounts for such, but you have to already be HODL'ing, pay extra transaction fees, pay exchange fees, etc. It seems like just being able to say: "I need 0.05 ETH sent to XYZ address, tell me how much USD you'll charge to my debit card to do so" would be a useful service, for those wanting to transact in crypto, but not necessarily HODL it.

There was a project that is somewhat like that of the LTC. I think it was 2 years ago. But the project didn't prosper; I don't know why. Maybe beacuse of legal issue.Kindly google that Litecoin project.

I don't understand what actually you want to explain but it seems that you want to pay BTC directly to a payment address?
If the payment address you talking about is the address of BTC he will receive also BTC there are wallets that automatically calculate it in USD.

But if you talking about BTC then you are going to buy something online with your BTC through a debit card with a BTC balance then there are still available online like Coinbase card you can find it here https://www.coinbase.com/card you can spend your crypto with this card and sellers who paid with Coinbase card will receive USD.

Another option that I know of is https://paywithmoon.com/ where you can able to deposit supported crypto and generate a VCC that you can use to buy anything online or to pay someone that accepts VCC. However, I don't know if this is still operating but their website and Twitter are still active.

More or less looking for something like this:

Merchant wants 10 XYZ crypto sent to address 1x00000000, I have zero XYZ crypto, so I go to a site, punch in my debit card, say I want to send 10 XYZ crypto to 1x00000000 immediately, the site comes back and says "That will be $5 USD. Do you wish to purchase with your debit card and send the 10 XYZ to 1x00000000 immediately?"
