Does anyone know if the catex exchange team could get any help?i had a lot of crypts left in my account which the catex exchange closed/suspended for no reason would anyone have any connections to the catex exchange to get the coins back good reward. contacs bebe8407@protonmail.com

I doubt anyone would be able to help in this situation. You should contact the support as mentioned above. The owner of the platform (or their representative) hasn't been active since 2019[1].

If you tried writing an email, then another option would be to try and reach out to them through Telegram[2]. I went through the posts on their channel, and I can see that there's an admin actively interacting with the members there.

this is exactly what has happened i haven't got any answer in 1.5 years i have put in support and email and telegram message to any message or question i haven't got an answer i left n.200000usdt there account and it is my account in daily use (catex)if anyone can help get my funds back and my account is back or compesation so get 20% of my funds good suggestions will be accepted if anyone has a relationship or knows catex and get the funds back and can make a difference i would be grateful

For some reason, I find it hard to believe. From information provided by OmegaStarScream, I see their Telegram group is quite active, and multiple admins respond to questions and communicate with members regularly. Would you mind sharing the link to your message there?

Do you have any proof of your claim? If you have left 200000 USDT, why didn't you ever complain here? Sorry if you are new here.
Did you try contacting your local authority like police etc.? I guess that would be your best attempt to recover your coins as you don't have any other option left.
For your info, they claim to have partnerships with Tellus, Blockchair, Tron Foundation though I'm not sure what kinda partnership they have. You may try to reach out to this organization and ask if they really have something to do with catex. If this is true, you will find some good piece of information from them.

OP, why are you waiting for 1.5 Years to complain about them? I mean, if it's true what you say, it's not about the small amount of money.
I saw on Trustpilot, several numbers of accusations like yours https://www.trustpilot.com/review/catex.io although many of them do not seem convincing or incomplete.

I don't have any judgment about them because I never used them but it does not seem promising.

You will need to be KYC verified so what I think is you might be suspended because you didn't follow their privacy policy.

The only way to solve your case is to contact them but it seems they don't want to help you with your case since you have 200k USDT which is very huge I don't think they will help you instead they are going to run that amount. Look at their whois all details are private but there are still some other contact info that I found under about page

Apart from the content of the topic, how long do the platforms keep your money and the data they collected about you after they are closed? I used to think they do it for a few months or a year and then the data gets deleted or loses X% of its value after every month.
In general, do not expect anything good because they do not have a reputation that they are afraid of losing and therefore it is better to contact the local authorities if you do not find an answer from them.
