5$ per hour sounds great. However, you didn't specify what are the tasks exactly and what payment method you prefer.
Personally, i see no problem with your offer if the twitter accounts are all business accounts (not personal) and you accept to escrow the funds (at least a payment for one week) or to pay first for trusted members.

What i meant by business accounts was based on a missunderstanding. Sorry.

You just need to mention one of your other contact channels because you will not be able to discuss everything with anybody using the forum PMs as you are a newbie. I see people using telegram or discord or you can even use your email but i don't advice you to publish it in public. Telegram is a good option imo.
