I was looking at the
Apollo Miner's software and it looks like it's closed source. Is it possible to run the Apollo Miners with an open source software like
cgminer or
bfgminer?
jstefanop does have some cloned repos with changes from
cgminer and
bfgminer. I wonder if it's just one of those compiled, or if there's something different in the published binaries.
Edit: Nevermind,
found the answerSource for the UI is up on my github, backend firmware is all proprietary and built from the ground up for these ASICs (ie does not use open source cgminer/bfgminer).
