It's basically a way to enter to win free stuff, like a swag bag. Which doesn't sound like much but it's actually very valuable (few hundred dollars). Of course, it's a sweepstakes, so you only have a chance of winning, there's no guarantee these coins will get you anything.

I thought it was actually kind of kool, it gets people thinking about [virtual coins] it would be really awesome if they used scrypt  to generate the coins, and if there was a way to trade them for btc, I would be really happy about that.

Is that Survivor like the old BBC program were everyone caught a cold or something and died. Then some survivors tried to meet up with friends and family.

I liked the BBC one  Grin

That is Survivors with an S. There are two different series of it. The original from the 1970s and the remake from 2008.

I liked the old one since I like classic TV shows from bygone eras. The new one was good as well but there were some elements that I didn't like (like all the lab stuff).

This is a nice site about the original Survivors: http://www.survivorstvseries.com/index2.htm

Holy Cow!!

Tanks for the link Tinus. That brought back memories. It was a great show for it's time. That site is great and I'll have a good browse around this weekend.

LMAO 1975 it first aired. I would have been 9 when I watched that LOL.

Thanks again mate.
