I think you can even do this on LBC as well because its been a while they added other coins as well as a payment mode so all you need is look for any trader is selling BTC or Your local Fiat on Localbitcoins. Local monero was a good site ince but haven't heard the name for a while so I don't think there is enough liquidity there for now.

If you do not want to do this peer to peer necessarily, you can try BitRefill for gift cards.  Fake e-mail address works too.  I believe they do not accept Monero directly so you could use a non KYC instant exchange from kycnot.me, preferably one that works without Javascript.  Use the exchange with Tor Browser on 'Safest' security mode and you can buy gift cards from BitRefill without a doubt.

Order a gift card in any other popular Cryptocurrency, copy BitRefill's payment amount and address to receiver fields of the instant exchange and complete the exchange.  You will send Monero to the exchange, they will automatically swap Monero with the Cryptocurrency of your choice and finally the receiver will be BitRefill's payment address directly.  Order paid.

For peer to peer Fiat trades, Local Monero is also good.  You can try Bisq as well or Haveno, the Monero Bisq fork, when a stable version is released.  Things will get so much easier when a stable and easy to use version of the Bitcoin and Monero Atomic Swap mechanism goes live.

You may also consider purchasing gift cards directly from Bitcoin Talk traders.  Only make sure you use escrow to prevent a catastrophy.

What level of anonymity are you looking for, know that the chance to sell Monero completely anonymously depends on your technical knowledge or your identity will be revealed at some point.

 - Selling for cash or gift cards is best, but you will need to mix your coin and then send them to one of non-kyc central exchanges.
 - If you want high privacy, cash is the best. use currency exchange board

Have you ever heard of the exchanges aggregator Bestchange? Many forum members have it in their signatures (look just above this post). Take a look at the website, perhaps this is exactly what you need.

As far as I can tell, monero-fiat exchange doesn't require any verification, so your anonymously can be provided. But it would be better if yourself make sure under what conditions the exchanges at Bestchange carry out the exchange.

To exchange your Monero into Amazon gift cards is not really anonymous. The question is rather, to whom do you want to remain anonymous?
The best option is still to exchange them locally for fiat money, even though this involves certain risks in terms of security.

There are a lot option to change crypto or monero to fiat but usually you need to register and make account on you name like crypterium. But to be anonymus and switch it to fiat I don't recall that is possible. Maybe trying to switch it in person is a option for you.
