staking is a good option if you have a lot of assets and you want to earn passive income but i personally don't have too many assets so i prefer hold because i can sell anytime and how much profit from my assets and i still have full power on my assets.
Well right now despite your situation, I think it's very good that you can do some staking. It's not bad for you to do some Hodl because it's the healthiest thing on the market, but if you guarantee that you can do more by leaving that same investment in stake mode, you'd still be in hodl and with an additional profit and with that you'll gain time at time, because it is a matter of time for BTC to rise again and produce a great bullish rally in all altcoins, it is something normal that can happen at any time, but I do not think it will happen now, there is great uncertainty in the market.
