At this time i am more surprised to see that he was doing all this while driving which could have resulted in some other major loss and could have been danger to others on the road.What was so important that he didn't want to waste few minutes for making the transactions?

Second if the address was on clipboard then he might have done a recent trade with that particular address which was last copied and he didn't bother to have a look for it but he can try to submit an application to Binance support team with his account information and Txid or look on block explorer for the transaction but don't think so they will help.They have stated that be careful while making these transactions and check for the right address.

Driving speedily is very dangerous as we all know, but ignorance won't let people do the right thing.It is not always good that we should get experience first before we will do the right thing,because there are some experiences that doesn't go off us,they remain a permanent scar and stigma on us,and it would simply refuse to go off your memory,because of the horrible encounter you encountered that day just because of your carelessness.

I find myself in the middle of moments where, even fully focused, I simply can not get to properly phrase a sentence that makes sense.  Multi tasking with banking combined is the worst thing you could do.  Do you guys do internet banking over the phone while cooking or playing some focus requiring video game?  I can not imagine how someone can be so care free and then be surprised their transaction went wrong.  Like just park on the side of the road for two full minutes, transfer your coins and continue your driving part.  You are not only doing two different things that require full focus.  You are putting yourself and everyone around you in danger, for what?

It reminds me of the proverb, "more haste, less speed". It's sad what happened to your friend but the $800 worth of Litecoin is the tuition he paid for the lesson. One should never be in a hurry to carry out a transaction when it is not as convenient. This is could be likened to trying to make a transaction while feeling sleepy. Another example is trying to make a cryptocurrency transaction while cooking.  The margin of error is too high and costly.

It is rather unfortunate but your friend learned valuable lessons for 15 LTC- Take your time and be in a safe environment when dealing with crypto.  If it happened later, it could have cost your friend more in crypto as well as their very own life- could have tried transacting in a much more dangerous scenario.
